Sign Artwork Request Form
If you want some special artwork on your personalized .30 gage metal custom sign - like wanting to use a specific image or design as the background of the sign [in place of the standard solid color with/without contrasting border background] or adding your company logo, club insignia or other unique graphic - then you will need to fill out this form BEFORE you place your order, so we can determine if an additional fee is necessary to create your custom sign just as you want it.
Once you have described in detail exactly how you would like your sign to look, we will contact you to let you know if an additional fee will be required, and if so, how much the fee will be. We will also create a .jpg with our interpretation of what you want, to make sure we understand your idea. Then if you are satisfied, and agree to the additional fee, if any, you can proceed to our website and place your order as normal. There will be various fee options listed when placing your order, and all you need to do is select the option that matches the dollar amount we quoted you for your special sign, and then proceed to checkout as you normally would.
This will also help us to create your special custom signage to your exact specifications in an expedient manner, as we will have already received all of your special instructions via your description on the form.
So please fill out the form below using as much detail as you possibly can, and if you want a unique logo, insignia or other design on your sign, you can attach an image - or a drawing - of it to the form, so we can accurately replicate it for you.
